I agree that the song to be played on bells should be 'histoic', but also it should be 'International' not 'national', what's important regionally may not pertain to the international community. The song should be recognized as much as possible around the world and speak to abeliefs and feelings common to all races. Not an easy choice but very intriging.

I don't think Mozart should be the Choice for a Song, lets get more contempory, the Beatles I think are the well Known internationally.
