'Cities of the World' is a beautiful love song about falling in love with a travelling companion. I have plans to write a screenplay titled 'Cities of The World' with this as the theme song. In my perfect dream world, James Horner would write the score for the film. He wrote the score for Titanic, the most successul film of all time!

CITIES OF THE WORLD
Copyright 1993, Richard Trueman/Barry Moore
when two people come together
they're like puppets on a string
and the love that is their master
such a wonderful thing
wish our love could last forever ....
soon we'll go our separate ways
fly away into to the future
the end is closer every day
through all the cities of the world
we are together you and me
and it's forever can't you see I love you now
and though the time to say goodbye
I know will surely make me cry
but it's forever can't you see
I love you now
I love you now
as we walk along the ruins
the ancient history of mankind
it just reminds me that each moment
becomes a fallen piece of time
every time I hear the music
I'm at the Trevi Fountain by your side
and I'm wishing for that moment
when we laughed and then we cried
Repeat Chorus
say goodbye to you forever
say goodbye to all my worldly friends
say goodbye to lovely weather
my broken heart just can't pretend
my broken heart just can't pretend
we saw the rivers of the world
we were together you and me
it was forever can't you see
I love you now
and as we said our last goodbyes
I could see it in your eyes
it was forever can't you see
I love you now
I love you now
and as we said our last goodbyes
I could see it in your eyes
it was forever can't you see
I love you now .......
